岗位描述：

1.在课程负责人的组织带领下，进行“写作与沟通”课程统一培训、统一备课，积极参与课程建设，系统设计教学过程； 2.满足学校教学系列工作量要求； 3.认真完成课程规定的课堂要求，并在教学评估中表现优良； 4.认真批改学生课程论文，并对学生的文章逐一进行个性化指导； 5.积极参与教学改革，紧紧围绕我校“写作与沟通”课程的教学理念，撰写教学论文，编写教材。 1. Under the organization and leadership of the course leader, conduct unified training and lesson preparation for the "writing and communication" course, actively participate in the course construction and systematically design the teaching process; 2. Meet the workload requirements of the school's teaching series; 3. Carefully complete the classroom requirements specified in the course and perform well in the teaching ｅｖａｌuation; 4. Carefully correct students' course papers and give personalized guidance to students' articles one by one; 5. Actively participate in teaching reform, closely focus on the teaching concept of "writing and communication" course of our university, write teaching papers and textbooks.

资格条件：

1.具有博士学位； 2.热爱教学，工作认真努力，有责任心，能积极主动地参与课程建设，具有创新能力与良好的团队合作精神； 3.具有比较丰富的写作经验和良好的沟通表达能力，能胜任高挑战度的小班教学和高强度、高频次的学生面批指导； 4.招聘不仅限于文科背景，欢迎有理工科背景的申请者； 5. 具备扎实的学术写作能力和良好的学术素养：近五年来作为第一作者在国内外本学科领域公认的高水平刊物有代表作发表，或近五年内曾出版学术专著、教材等，或可以提供其它能够证明扎实的学术写作能力和良好的学术素养的材料。 6. 主讲过相关课程者优先。 1. Have a doctor's degree; 2. Love teaching, work hard, have a sense of responsibility, actively participate in curriculum construction, have innovation ability and good team spirit; 3. Have rich writing experience and good communication skills, and be competent for small class teaching with high challenge and high-intensity and high-frequency student face-to-face guidance; 4. Recruitment is not limited to liberal arts background. Applicants with science and engineering background are welcome; 5. Have solid academic writing ability and good academic literacy: as the first author, he has published representative works in recognized high-level journals in the field of this discipline at home and abroad in recent five years, or has published academic monographs and teaching materials in recent five years, or can provide other materials that can prove solid academic writing ability and good academic literacy. 6. Major in relevant courses is preferred.
