岗位描述：

本岗位侧重工业设计产品设计方向的教学与研究。 需具备坚实的理论基础和丰富的研究经验，善于组织策划相关学术活动，发挥本学科在国内外的作用；圆满完成岗位聘任所要求的科研和教学任务；积极参与本系及学院的公共服务工作。 The position focuses on teaching and research in industrial design, the applicant must have a solid theoretical foundation and rich research experience, be good at organizing and planning related academic activates, bring into play the role of design in domestic and abroad, capable of completing the research and teaching tasks; participate in university works.

资格条件：

1. 身心健康、师德师风良好、由良好的职业道德； 2. 相关学科的硕士及以上学历； 3. 担任教授职务者满5年以上，或在国内外设计机构担任重要职务满5年以上。 4. 具有丰富的教学经验，能够胜任设计学科的课程教学和学生指导；并具有工业设计的理论研究高度和实践高度的综合型人才。 5. 发表和出版设计学方向的高水平的学术论文和论著。 -Is physically and mentally healthy、has teachers’ code of morality、supports the Communist Party of China. - Obtains a master's degree or above in relevant disciplines . - Has held a professorship or important position for more than 5 years. - Is experienced in teaching and learning, capable of teaching and guiding students in design disciplines; and a comprehensive talent with a high degree of theoretical research and a high degree of practice in industrial design. -Has published high-level academic papers and works in the field of design.
